Summary
Outstanding swims from Jane Asher (Kings Cormorants) and Chris Dunn (Spencer) at our 2026 Masters Championships in Crawley over the 17th & 18th January resulted in 6 new World Records.
Jane topped the leader board with 4 records for the 95/99yrs category and Chris set new World standards in 2 events in the 80/84yrs category and also broke a European Record and 4 British records.
A further European record was set by Kirsty Johnson (Bracknell & Woking) in the 45/49yrs category as well as 18 new GB times.
In addition to the records the Championships also saw 43 new Meet best times.

There were 4 new British records set and 87 Meet Best Performances.
In the team events a new World Record set by Woking in the 200-239 Mixed 4×100 Freestyle.
In addition there were 11 Meet Best Performance.

Five British Records were set and 77 new individual Meet Best Times (MBPs) and 18 new team best times were set. Stand out performances were Martinus Marx (Crawley SC) and Viv Jones (Hastings Seagull SC) who both set 4 new times.
Dover Lifeguards SC led the team results with 7 new times – they also won the top team award.
