Important announcement
We have become aware of an issue affecting clubs that use Swim Club Manager from submitting non-converted times, the Swim Club Manager team are working on a fix.
To ensure that affected clubs are not disadvantaged we are extending the closing of entries until 18:00 16th October 2026.
Note: The date that swims must have taken place remains 9th October 2026.
Chaperone passes
For chaperones attending to support para athletes, a club representative should e-mail [email protected] with the details of the chaperone and the name of the event (South East Short Course) so that the chaperone attribute can be applied in order to purchase a poolside pass through the same system.
Regional Off Shore Camp 2027
We are delighted to confirm that the region will again be supporting a swimming off shore competitive opportunity in early 2027 for athletes selected against the published criteria. The regional short course championships will act as the selection meet for this. The intial policy can be found here, further details will be added in the coming weeks, including dates, meet selection and staff recruitment.
