Travel and subsistence expenses policy

Swim England South East will pay travel and subsistence expenses of all volunteers that are necessarily incurred when working at Regional Events and Meetings. To make a claim please use the editable PDF form below.

Claims should be made within 28days of the last day of an event or meeting. We aim to pay claims within 28days of receipt of the claim.

For a more convenient way of claiming expenses we have introduced a secure online form that allows you to claim your mileage and upload receipts as Jpeg’s or PDF files in line with our expenses policy. When you submit your claim you will receive a copy of what you have submitted.
