Please see details below for a Team Manager Module 1 Presenter Training Day which will be running on the 4th March in Loughborough.

Time: 10.30 – 16.00
Cost: Free of charge
Candidates will be able to deliver their own Team Manager Module 1 courses and will be added to the TM volunteer presenter database after attending the training day. This is an alternative method to the current local process of shadowing and then being observed. Candidates must meet the attached criteria, and return the completed specification form to steph.matthews@swimming.org by the 13th February 2017
Reasonable travel expenses will be covered to support individuals to attend. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and suitability will be confirmed before a place is allocated. The training day will cover, useful presenter skills to support effective delivery, the administration processes involved in delivering and the content of the Module 1 course.
