Working Together Club and Operator Toolkit
Clubs and operators are major components of the aquatics sector and their relationship is incredibly important in enabling hundreds of thousands of people enjoy the water, reach their potential across each of the disciplines and generate important revenue for the facility.
This toolkit aims to help clubs and operators develop new or existing partnerships by providing:

- Practical advice on developing partnerships and exploring shared opportunities

Club Health Tracker
An online tool to assist clubs to review and measure their club development work, as well as benchmark against other clubs, regionally and nationally.

External Resources
Buddle is Sport England’s one stop shop for sports clubs. Buddle provides free, convenient, practical resources to help develop and run sustainable club.
The UK Anti-Doping website provides wide ranging information about Anti Doping strategies including warning about the use of supplements. Following their advice could save a lot of disappointment in the future.
Swim England have a created a library of approved documents to support clubs, volunteers and athletes with Health & Safety advice, risk assessment and best practice. You can access the library through this link.
Marketing Tools
Get people thinking about your club
With support from Swim England the South East Region have developed a range of posters that clubs can personalise and use to reach new audiences.
The posters, which are based on Swim England’s Inspire Campaign that ran during the Tokyo Olympics, are in an “empty belly” format that allows clubs to add information and logo as they want. They include a general membership poster, a Masters poster and poster to help clubs build their water polo offer.
Posters featuring Artistic Swimming and Diving will be available shortly.
