Frank Clewlow was honoured the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2016 Sports Officials UK (SOUK) National Officiating Awards on the 26 October 2016.
The award was presented to Frank for his involvement in diving at all levels.
Frank has been involved in the Southampton Diving Academy and the South East Region for many years.
