For the first time in the competition's history Devon took the top spot. Winners of the South East round, Hampshire, were second and Middlesex, who competed in the South East competition coming in third.
Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire took fourth place with Surrey and Sussex coming in 8th and 10th respectively. Kent, just missed out on a top ten slot by finishing 11th. Oxfordshire & North Buckinghamshire finished 20th in the national rankings.
