The RPL Window is open again for the final time this year.
The RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) process is an assessment only process which assumes that you already possess all of the necessary knowledge and skills to perform as a Swim England Synchronised Swimming Assistant (Coaching) It is aimed at those who have experience of coaching in this area and are already operating in a synchronised swimming coaching role, but do not hold the current assistant qualification.
Who is RPL designed for?
Anyone who already has experience of coaching swimmers and can provide evidence of meeting the certificate specification without tutor support or learning resources.
