Refunds for withdrawn entries must be requested using the form below. No other form of submission will be accepted.
Conditions for refunds are included in the conditions for the competition: (6.15) Refund of fees. Once entries have been confirmed, entry fees will only be refunded if the swimmer is unable to swim on medical grounds. A request for refund of fees, together with supporting evidence from a qualified medical practitioner, must be submitted no later than 28 days after the last day of the competition.
