Development coach workshop - Saturday 27th November
The region will be hosting a coach workshop on Saturday 27th November at St George's School, Ascot. This workshop is aimed at coaches working with 10 - 14 year olds and will look at the development of good technique for butterfly and breaststroke and starts. This workshop will be led by Paul Lloyd, Head Coach of Maidenhead Marlins.
10am Registration
10.15 - 11.15am classroom session on
- Starts - from the block focusing on the position on the block and the flight.
- Butterfly and breaststroke development
11.30 - 1pm pool session
1 -1.30pm debrief and questions
