South East Region Summer Championships – Winchester
22nd & 23rd April (session 1 to 4) & 13th – 14th May (sessions 12 to 15)
Events at Winchester are for Girls 14yrs and under and Boys 15yrs and under.
We only have limited tickets remaining for sessions 1 and 12.
We are delighted to be able to welcome spectators to all sessions of the Championships at Winchester. Spectator seating at Winchester is limited to just 225 seats so we are expecting tickets for most sessions to be over-subscribed. Please make sure that you are buying the tickets you need by checking the schedule of events before you make your purchase. We are also asking you to consider offering to help run the competition either as a technical official or an Event Maker volunteer. You can find more information about volunteering here. We can guarantee a poolside view when your swimmer is racing.
Admission to all sessions will be by prepaid tickets only. Tickets cost £5.00 per ticket per session and can only be bought through the form below. All children under 16yrs must be accompanied. When you book your seats you will receive two receipts. One receipt will be for the card transaction and another for the tickets you’ve bought. Please keep this receipt safe and present it to our spectator reception team when you arrive (you can also keep it on your phone or mobile device).
Because of the expected demand and the restricted capacity in the venue we are limiting sales to the purchase of a single ticket that will give access to all the sessions you select, as long as there are seats available. We appreciate that this is going to inconvenience some people, but we have taken the decision on the basis of allowing as many swimmers as possible to have at least one supporter watching. However there is nothing to stop you making a second transaction and buying another ticket, if there are seats available.
Returned tickets for all session will be offered to people who have added their name to the waiting list for that session. To add your name to the waiting list use the button below. We will also be operating a recycling scheme where people can hand their ticket in once they have finished with it so that it can be handed to someone who wants it.
When you arrive at the venue please follow the signs to the spectator reception desk on the first floor and present your receipt. The team will give you wrist bands for the sessions you have booked.
