On Sunday 18th June, 31 selected athletes took part in the regional open water camp for 12 - 16 year olds. The day started with an open water pool skills session at ACS School in Cobham, we then moved on to the Ferris Meadow Lake in Shepperton for a race day workshop followed by a lake training session and finishing with a race. The weather was glorious, athletes and coaches came away from the day with lots of information shared by Head Coach Marc Foster and Regional Open Water Manager Keith Barber.
