A Regional Para-Swimming Training Day was held at the Pool in the Park Woking on Sunday 16th June.
The focus of the camp was streamlining and stroke efficiency and was led by former England Talent Coach Dave White, with support from coaches Gordon Dart, Amy French and Jordan Welsh.
The day was a mixture of practical and theory, a second camp is planned for later this year.
