The South East Region, in partnership with Swim England, are excited to announce the first Club and Coach Development Conference, taking place on Sunday 15th November before the South East Regional Awards.
The conference aims to provide insight and support to clubs on topics frequently requested through Swim England Roadshows and club feedback, featuring sessions on:
- Volunteer Recruitment and Succession Planning
- The Future of Coach Education
- Pool Access and Rising Costs
- Club Culture, Vision and Values
Sessions include seminars led by key figures from Swim England and the region, alongside a panel discussion, and opportunities to share knowledge and success stories between clubs.
Sign ups open soon – this is a free event for clubs within the South East Region, however tickets are needed to attend. Sign ups close on XXX, or when the event is full.
