Summer Championships 2023
There are no refunds for withdrawals after the closing date, other than for injury or illness. If you wish to be considered for a refund, you must give a short description of the illness/injury when submitting the withdrawal. We may ask for further information or evidence before issuing a refund. There will be no mechanism for requesting a refund later if no reason was given on the withdrawal form.
Applications for a refund for the Winter Championships must be submitted in accordance with the published event conditions (condition 6.20):
Refund of fees. Once entries have been confirmed, entry fees will only be refunded if the swimmer is unable to swim on medical grounds. A request for refund of fees, must be submitted no later than 4 days after the date of swim.
All refunds will be made to the club; no refunds will be issued until the entry fees have been paid.
