Condition for waiving fees (condition 3.2.3)

A request to waive fees, must use this form and must be received no later than 24hrs after the date of swim. Late requests will not be considered.

Submission of this form does not constitute a withdrawal which must be completed separately.

All applications will be reviewed after the close of the Championships.

All refunds will be made to the club; no refunds will be issued until the entry fees have been paid.
