To ensure that the most appropriate safety measures are in place for all events in Open Water Championships we are asking all Masters competitors to complete the declaration form below.
No Masters swimmers will be allowed to enter the water without having first completed and submitted this declaration.
If the Event Manger and/or the Safety Officer has any concerns they will ask for clarification.
