- Location – K2 Crawley (25m certificated pool, with 2 warm-down/up pools available.)
- Timings – Warm-up will start 1700.

Entry dates – this event will open and close on these dates
- 1st July – Stage one of the event will be open to all SER clubs and those of London Surrey and Kent
- 15th August – Stage 1 will close
- 16th August – Stage 2 will open (subject to capacity) for all swimmers to enter.
