Regional Management Board
An elected Management Board leads the Regional structure. They are supported by a team of staff, volunteers and sub committees who are collectively responsible for managing all the aquatic disciplines (Artistic Swimming, Diving, Disability Swimming, Open Water Swimming, Swimming and Water Polo) within the Region.

Finance Group
The Finance Group provides advice and support to the Swim England South East Board and all working groups. You can find the terms of reference for the Finance Group here
Development and Strategy Group

Coaches Forum
The region has established a Coaches Forum to provide advice and assistance in the development of swimming and swimming competitions in the Region. You can find the Coaches Forum Terms of Reference here
Technical Groups
Artistic Swimming Group
The Artistic Swimming group advises the Regional Management Board on artistic swimming matters and organises regional artistic swimming competitions.
Disability Group
Diving Group
The Diving group advises the Regional Board on diving matters and organises regional diving competitions.
Masters Group
The Masters group advises the Regional Board on Masters matters and organises regional masters competitions.
Open Water Swimming Group
The Open water swimming group advises the Regional Management Board open water swimming matters and organises regional open water competitions.
Swimming Group
The Swimming group advises the Regional Management Board on swimming matters and organises regional swimming competitions.
