National Open Water Championships
The race distances at National Championships, as outlined in Point 12 of the Conditions, are as follows:
Female and Open/Male
* 13yrs – 3km
* 14yrs – 5km
* 15yrs – 5km
* 16yrs – 7.5km
* 17/18yrs – 7.5km
* 19+yrs – 7.5km

The South East Region Open Water Championships is a qualifying event for the National Age Group Championships
