The region have organised two swimming coach development days in conjunction with Swim England Talent;
Saturday 1st December – Ashford School, Kent
This day will consist of two workshops;
- Strength and Conditioning for Youth Swimmers
- Nutrition
Saturday 16th February 2019 – Arun Leisure Centre, Bognor Regis
This day will consist of two workshops;
- Strength and Conditioning for Age Group Swimmers.
