Swim England has linked up with the NSPCC and is accredited to deliver the Time to Listen module, which is aimed at Club Welfare Officers.
The Time to Listen programme provides the opportunity to acquire key knowledge necessary for the role and responsibilities of a CWO, to adopt a child-focused approach to safeguarding and to learn about the action/s which should be taken should any incident occur.
Swim England South East Region run one Time to Listen workshop per county area per year. In order to attend Time to Listen training individuals must be over 18 years of age and have already completed Safeguarding & Protecting Children Training. Please note due to the limited capacity available on the Time to Listen online workshops these are only available to members of South East Region Affiliated Clubs.
