South east region development sessions 16:00-17:00 coaches Gerry Lay and Ben Naylor open to anyone ages 13-18 wishing for extra Waterpolo development below RTC level. All sessions are held at the Basingstoke Aquadrome.

LEN Women's European Nations Trophy

Tickets are still available for the LEN Women’s European Nations Trophy Water Polo Championships to be held in Manchester during 7 – 12 July.
SE Junior Water Polo Players Gain National Selection

Joel Abbott and Scott Martin of Worthing SC, played in the qualifying tournament of the European Championships in Sofia. Jack Waller of Hailsham SC and Alex Tollefson of Sevenoaks SC played in the older age group qualifying tournament in Skope, Macedonia. All gained national selection this summer. The team has successfully qualified for the finals which will be held in Istanbul in Turkey at the beginning of September.
Sarah Tollefson also Sevenoaks SC has also been selected for the GB girls youth squad and will play in the European Championships in Hungry in August.
These athletes have worked incredibly hard to gain selection and the Region wish them every success in their tournaments.

The Maccabiah Games will take place in Israel between 7th - 24 July 2009. The games were first held in 1932 are the largest sporting event in the world after the Olympic and Commonwealth Games and take place every 4 years.
Details for the Youth (1191/2) and Junior (1992/3) Water Polo trails are: Sunday 29th June 2009 from 12.30 to 3pm. The venue is: Haberdashers Askes Boy's school, Butterfly Lane, Elstree, Hartfordshire WD6 3AF
