Our hosting company suspended the site because of excess usage during the youth championships. They were supposed to give us 48 hours notice, but failed to do so.

The site was down for around 6 hours, during which it was not possible to submit entries for the age group championships. Because of that, the closing date for entries has been extended by 24 hours. It is now 23:59, today, May 8th 2012.

To minimise the admistration entry is on-line only.  Download the entry pack (click "More..." below) and follow the link given.  Automatic confirmation of entries will be sent as soon at the entry is made.  Payment is also on-line using a credit or debit card or a PayPal account.

Please don't delay as entries will close early if the meet is oversubscribed.

Late entries will be considered for individual events providing:

  • There is space available
  • The entry time must be equal to or faster than the automatic qualifying time for the event
  • A supplement of 100% of the normal entry fee, per event, is paid

Late entries for team events will not be considered.

If you are submitting entries, you must get the bulk of your entries in by the closing date. Failure to do so would mean that ALL your entries would incur the surcharge!

There is no absolute deadline for submission of request for late entries, but bear in mind that

  • Late entries will not appear in the printed programme if received after 18th April (Youth), 15th May (Age Groups)
  • Late entries will accepted on a first come, first served basis
