Session 12: Sunday 6th April
On the final day of the Championships Beau Sejour's Ian Powell finished 4th in the final of the Mens 200m Butterfly. Mollie Vincent, representing Portsmouth Northsea, was 7th in th eB final of the Womens 400 Individual Medley.
Session 11: Saturday 5th April
In the penultimate session of the Championships, Bean Sejour's Ian Powell qualified third fastest for the final of the Mens 200m Butterfly. Mollie Vincent, representing Portsmouth Northsea, qualified for the B Final of the Womens 400m Individual Medley.
Session 10: Saturday 5th April
Gemma Spofforth (Portsmouth Northsea) has picked up her second Olympic nomination in the Womens 200m Backstroke after finishing second to pick up a silver medal.
Windsor swimmer Simon Burnett won bronze after finishing 3rd in the final of the Mens 100m Freestyle, just 0.01 seconds behind Adam Brown (Hatfield) in 2nd place.
Session 9: Friday 4th April
Portsmouth Northsea's Gemma Spofforth set another FINA A time to qualify second fastest for tomorrow's final of the Womens 200m Backstroke. Spofforth will be looking to secure her second Olympic nomination tomorrow.
Simon Burnett representing Windsor qualified for the final of the Mens 100m Freestyle while team-mate Edward Denton reached the B Final.
Session 8: Friday 4th April
Ian Powell (Beau Sejour) finished 6th in the final of the Mens 100m Butterfly. In the B Final of the Mens 400m Individual Medley, Crawley's Adam Harrington fought a close battle with Stockport's Patrick Hazlewood but came through to win.
Andrew Willis representing Bracknell finished in 4th place in the Mens 200m Breaststroke B Final.
Meanwhile, Littlehampton's Simon Miller finished in third place in the heats of the Mens Multi-Disability 50m Freestyle to qualify for tonight's final.
Session 7: Thursday 3rd April
Ian Powell from Beau Sejour has reached the final of the Mens 100m Butterfly. In the same event Guildford's Marco Loughran qualified for the B final after finishing in 12th place in the heats.
Andrew Willis representing Bracknell qualified for the B Final of the Mens 200m Breaststroke and Adam Harrington reached the B final of the Mens 400m Individual Medley, narrowly missing out on a place in the final.
In the Womens 800m Freestyle, Portsmouth's Sarah Owen reached the B Final which will be held on Saturday.
Session 6: Thursday 3rd April
Portsmouth's Katy Sexton finished second in the Final of the Women's 50m Freestyle to win silver. Marco Loughran (Guildford) picked up his second bronze medal of the championships after finishing third in the Mens 200m Backstroke.
Session 5: Wednesday 2nd April
Marco Loughran representing Guildford City achieved his second FINA A time of the week to reach the final of the Mens 200m Backstroke. Loughran will compete with Edinburgh's Gregor Tait and James Goddard (Loughborough Uni) for the two places in Team GB.
Portsmouth's Katy Sexton narrowly missed the required standard for Olympic nomination in the Womens 50m Freestyle but still goes into tomorrow's final as second seed.
Session 4: Wednesday 2nd April
Gemma Spofforth representing Portsmouth Northsea finished first in the final of the Womens 100m Backstroke to become British Champion and secure a nomination for a place in Team GB for the Beijing Olympic Games.
Katy Sexton finished third in the same event to pick up bronze.
In the Mens 50m Freestyle Windsor's Simon Burnett won silver while team-mate Edward Denton finished first in the B Final.
Session 3: Tuesday 1st April
Gemma Spofforth broke the British Record in the Womens 100m Backstroke to be the only swimmer in the heats to break the 1 minute barrier. Spofforth will be battling with Portsmouth Northsea team-mate Katy Sexton and the three other ladies who beat the FINA A Time for two places in Team GB in tomorrow's final. Only the top two finishers will make it through to Beijing.
"I have just come off the back of the NCAAs (US Collegiate Swimming) where things went very well for me so to keep it going in that direction here is amazing," Spofforth said. "I have been working very hard and I was really looking forward to coming back to Britain and doing something pretty special."
In the Mens 10m Freestyle Windor's Simon Burnett narrowly missed out on a chance of qualifying for the Olympic team by finishing in 22.39 seconds - just 0.04 seconds outside the require standard. However Burnett is the second fastest seed for the final behing Mark Foster so still stands a strong chance of winning a British medal. Edward Denton, also from Windsor, finished in 10th place in the heats to qualify for the B Final - and second reserve for the final.
Session 2: Tuesday 1st April
Marco Loughran finished third in the final of the Mens 100m Backstroke to claim the bronze medal. After leading at the 50m mark Loughran slipped back to finish in 54.57 seconds, just behind Gregor Tait who won gold in a time of 54.22.
Session 1: Monday 31st March
Guildford's Marco Loughran achieved the FINA A time in the Mens 100m Backstroke to give him a chance to qualify for Beijing in the final tomorrow. With only one place up for grabs it will a tough race with Matthew Clay (Swansea) and Gregor Tait (Edinburgh) who were both less than 0.2 seconds ahead of Loughran in the heats.
Katy Sexton (Portsmouth) has reached the final of the Womens 100m Freestyle and Adam Harrington representing Crawley has qualified for the B Final of the Mens 100m Backstroke.
