Benjamin Flaherty touches in 8:03.19 to take gold for Milton Keynes. 2nd Bracknell and Wokingham. Bronze will go to Windsor I think.

It's still Milton Keynes as Courntey Dos Santos holds the lead in 6:03.29. Now well up on Windsor's split.

Matthew Masters pulls ahead for Milton Keynes on the second leg finishing in 4:00.16. The pace is now a second and a half up on the first heat.

Bracknell and Wokingham lead at the first take over but their split of 2:02.42 is down on Windsor's split.

Ellen Thomas takes gold for Guildford City A in 8:33.32. Milton Keynes touch second but Amersham will take silver.

Congratulations to Ben Flaherty for a new 17 years region Record of 16.18.66 in the 1500 Free. That one has been around since 2007 when Gary Dixon of Reading set the time of 16.24.40. . 

The result of event 254 (200IM final) is now correct.

Heat 1 of the 1500m won by Christopher Sharpe in 17:35.90.

Good morning from Surrey Sports Park for the third and final day of the Youth Championships.

Sorry, the webcams have overheated and are refusing to talk to my laptop. So no photos or videos for the finals i'm afraid.

The results of the 200 back are now corrected. I can't see any obviously missing results - which ones are missing?

The qualifying date for the Youth chamnpionships is the same as the Age Groups. Someone who turns 15 before the last day of the age group comapionships are in the 15/16 age group this weekend.

Sorry, forgot to plug the power in to the laptop this morning so it shut down part way through the session. Normal service will be resumed for Session 5.

Those of you who know Eileen Adams, one of the Meet Management team, will be concerned to hear that she has been taken into hospital for urgent treatment associated with swollen legs and feet. I am sure you join me in wishing her a speedy recovery.

I will add results by club for session 3 at the start of tomorrow morning session. It is getting a little late to hang around the pool once the swimming has stopped.

It has been a long day .. we are about to start the finals at the end of session 6.

We are running a little late. Session 3 will start one hour after the completion of the relays session. That probably means a 3pm start.

IMPORTANT NOTE.

Because of confusion over pool booking on Monday May 7th, we must finish by 4:30pm.

To achieve this we will combine sessions 8 and 9. There will be a single warm-up starting at 12 noon.

I have now revised the list of accepted entries. This includes late entries that have been accepted and excludes swims which have could not be validated against ASA rankings (after checking with clubs).

Currently, I cannot update the list of accepted entries on the website.

Following checks, we have contacted clubs about every entry that could not be validated. 9 swims have been rejected and the clubs notified. 

If you have not been contacted, then the list on the website represents accepted entries. It does not however include late entries which are still being processed.

A reminder: a withdrawal system will be in operation for the championships. Details of how to withdraw are now available on the website.

The British Gas ASA South East Region Youth Championships will take place next weekend at K2, Crawley and Surrey Sports Park.
